I know it has been forever since I updated my blog, but I have some sad news to share. Macy (our poor little puppy) had to go to the dentist to get her teeth cleaned. While she was there, the dentist pulled 9 teeth!! She had a major infection in her gums (which explained the terrible stench coming from her mouth) and she had to have stitches too. She is doing much better now since it has been a little over a week, but she is still feeling a little silly without teeth.
She no longer has any teeth in front (top and bottom), and she has begun slobbering a little because there aren't any teeth to catch the spit! So sad! Hopefully I can post pictures of her soon. She won't let me get a good look of the inside of her mouth, so I will have to wait a few more days.
This is a lesson to all of your children. BRUSH YOUR TEETH!!!

Poor Macy, I cannot believe that. I am so sorry. Mom told me about it and it sounds like it will be better for her in the long run, but that totally SUCKS for her right now. I hope she is doing better. Give her a hug from us up here and tell her we love her. :)
That is so sad. It's hard cuz they can't talk to you and tell you how they feel. Hopefully she feels better soon!
oh- that is really sad:( I bet the poor girl is wondering where her teeth went! Boston is growing two rows of teeth right now. For some reason his baby teeth are not falling out. He is our lil shark! lol.
Poor thing. I am sorry she had to have so many teeth pulled. I would love to see pictures of her, I don't think I have ever seen your dog.
That is sad. I bet she was crying a lot. I would cry!
